Gourmet Tomato

The tomato is a great all rounder, great sliced in sandwiches, as part of salads, grilled, or combined to make sauces.

Source of Fibre, Antioxidants, Lycopene, Vitamins c + k, potassium and folate.

We choose to use Tomato’s which has been left to ripen on the plant in the sun. Tomato options will vary from Roma and Gourmet Tomato’s pending on availability.
